this product is a colorless tetragonal crystal or white crystalline powder, with a relative density of 2.338 and a melting point lf 252.6℃. it can be soluble in water (83.5g/100 ml at 90 ℃), resulting in an acidic solution. the ph value of its 1% solution is 4.6. it is not soluble in alcohol, having no deliquescence.
