this series is a kind of superfine fiber nonwovens material made from food grade pp through the meltblowing process. the fiber diameter can reach 0.5 μm ～ 2 μm. the product has undergone special electrostatic electret treatment and has the features of high filtering efficiency and low resistance. they can effectively filter and absorb pathogenic microorganisms, virus and fine dust, with bacterial filtration efficiency of more than 99% and particulate filtration efficiency required by n95 respirator of over99% after the inspections by the authoritative institutions including usa nelson lab, guangzhou gtt and the state food and drug administration etc. therefore, they can be used as materials for various types of protective masks in medical protection, pharmaceutical, textile, electronics and other fields.
